Find math that does not use the notation macros, and notation macros never used

Read macros/notation.tex and list the commands it defines. Then check every file in sections/ and appendix/:

1. Find each piece of math ($...$, \(...\), \[...\], and the equation, align and similar environments) that writes a symbol directly, in place of a macro from macros/notation.tex: a letter, a Greek letter, \mathcal{...}, \mathsf{...} and the like.
2. Find each command defined in macros/notation.tex that no file in sections/ or appendix/ uses.

Edit no file. Output two numbered lists: the first with the file, the line, the math and the macro to use, or "new macro needed"; the second with the unused commands.
