Review one section and list its issues, without editing	<section name, e.g. introduction>

Review the section "$ARGUMENTS": the file in sections/ whose name contains "$ARGUMENTS". Read context/outline.md, macros/notation.tex and CLAUDE.md first.

Check the section for:

1. Clarity: each sentence a reader outside the field cannot follow on first reading.
2. Claims: each claim checked against the contributions and the goal of this section in context/outline.md; a claim the outline does not contain, and a goal the section does not meet.
3. Notation: each symbol without a macro in macros/notation.tex, and each term used before it is defined.
4. Style: each breach of the style rules in CLAUDE.md.

Edit no file. Output a numbered list of issues in the order they occur in the file, each with its line, the issue, and a proposed fix.
